Dwellio was created from a shared appreciation for craftsmanship, architecture, and the quieter rhythms of life along Japan’s coast. Our work brings together property advisory, restoration, and spatial design through close collaboration with local craftsmen and traditional carpenters based in Hayama.

Our projects are developed in close collaboration with Ryo Fujimoto, a Hayama-based carpentry studio specialising in traditional timber construction and natural-material homes.
We believe homes should be built with honesty, longevity, and care — spaces that improve with age and remain connected to their environment.
Rather than replicating the past, our aim is to preserve its essence while shaping spaces suited to modern living.
